Formerly known as Cragmay Ltd, King’s Lynn Auto Electrical Ltd was established in 1977 in King’s Lynn. From humble beginnings the company has enjoyed steady growth over the past four decades which has seen the company progress into larger premises (7000 sq feet) on Horsley’s Fields, and also open a second branch in Spalding in 1995. In September 2012, a decision was taken to demerge from the Spalding branch, due to the branches moving in separate directions hence the reason for a change of name.
While dealing mainly with the trade for many years as Cragmay Ltd, King’s Lynn Auto Electrical Ltd has built up over 35 years of experience and knowledge in the auto electrical trade, and consider themselves to be the premier auto electrical specialists in the King’s Lynn area!
Company director Karl Thompson said: “We are a local, family run business and have built up what I consider to be a very good name and reputation in the trade over many years. I feel that due to our demerger last year, the opportunity for a new beginning has arisen, although we will definitely not be neglecting our trade customers. We see this as a brand new chance to offer our large range of services and skills to the public.
