1: Order Confirmation
1.1 All online purchases will be confirmed via E-mail.
2: Pricing Information
2.1 All prices shown on this web site will be shown both including and excluding VAT.
2.2 All purchases are supplied with a VAT invoice.
3: Delivery of Goods
3.1 Standard delivery is within 3 working days of receiving cleared funds.
3.2 All delivery times quoted are estimates only. We will do our very best to meet all delivery times/dates stated on the web site.
3.3 If problems arise and we are unable to meet stated delivery deadline we will contact you via E-mail or phone to arrange an alternative delivery date.
3.4 If we fail to deliver within 7 working days we will offer you the choice of cancellation and/or refund.
3.5 Prices and delivery times only apply to mainland UK, prices and delivery times may vary to Northern Island, Isles of Scilly, The Islands of Scotland, The Highlands and the Isle of Man.
4: Payment Terms
4.1 We accept payment from most major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo).
4.2 We accept payments from PayPal
4.3 Payment can be made online using our “Secure Payment” service
4.4 Payments can also be processed over the telephone.
4.5 Payment can also be processed via cheque. (Goods can only be dispatched once funds have cleared)
4.6 We are unable to accept American Express cards.
5: Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
5.1 Confirmation of a return must be made via E-mail or telephone within a 7 working day period.
5.2 A product may be returned within a 7 working day period following delivery (Excluding special order products).
5.3 Goods retuned after 7 working day period can either be exchanged or a credit note issued
5.4 Goods retuned will not be refunded, exchanged or replaced until product has been received and checked and are in “as new” condition.
5.5 Refunds will be issued for the cost of goods only, and not carriage or postage charges.
5.6 If goods are wrongly supplied, damaged or faulty a full refund will apply (including all delivery costs).
5.7 Special order items are strictly non- returnable and will not be exchanged or credited.
5.8 Most products carry a 20% handing charge if correct product has been supplied and in working order.
5.9 Please note postage costs cannot be refunded if goods are supplied correctly and in good, full working order (5.8).
5.10 Parts that have been fitted or are not in a resalable condition will not be accepted back for credit or exchange.
5.11 We can only refund or exchange goods if they are returned in the original packaging and in “as new” condition.
5.12 When exchanging or returning a product there is a simple procedure to follow
(1) Contact us via E-mail or telephone to inform us which product you would like send back and the reason for the return. Please state your preferred option of either a refund (where applicable), exchange or credit note.
(2) A “Returns Authorisation Number” will then be issued to you.
(3) Send the goods, a copy of the invoice (as proof of purchase) and your Returns Authorisation Number to:

(4) Please remember that when you post the goods back to us that it is traceable and insured. This is your responsibility.
5.13 In cases where goods have been damaged in transit or been incorrectly supplied we reserve the right to replace the goods. If a refund is required we can only reimburse the products cost and not the delivery charges, again a 20% handling charge may be applicable. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage costs.
5.14 We must be informed of any damaged deliveries within a 24hour period of receiving the goods so that we can report any damage to Courier Company.
5.15 We reserve the right to test any products sent back to us as “Faulty”. If goods are found not to be at fault they will be returned to customer. If goods are found to be faulty a replacement will be sent out to customer ASAP.
5.16 Most products carry a 12 month warranty period unless otherwise stated.

We pride ourselves on always trying to offer a service that is second to none. If however you are not happy with any aspect of our service then please let us know! We will try to resolve any issues in a speedy and efficient manner that will benefit you the customer. We also welcome any queries or comments that you may have and welcome any feedback that may help or improve our service to you the customer. You can contact us via E-mail, telephone or in writing.
7: Product Descriptions and Images
We cannot always guarantee that the latest product information and images will be identical to the product supplied. Colours and styles may differ slightly from the published images. We will always try to ensure that all of our product information is correct and up to date.
8: Safety Data
Safety data sheets/COSH sheets are available for all relevant products upon request.
All personal bank details and information supplied to us are used solely for the purpose of processing your order. This information is strictly for this purpose alone and we never disclose any information supplied to us to any third party. Your email address will be added to our mailing list so we are able to send your regular email offers, information, new product information or points of interest. If you decide that you would like to taken off of our mailing list, please ask and the relevant details will be removed ASAP. Please note that our website and online payment service is secure.
It is assumed that adults using their own bank details make all on-line purchases. Auto Electrical Online Superstore does not knowingly sell any of our products to minors/children.
